History

DayJet Technologies (DJT) was spun out of DayJet Corporation as a subsidiary. DayJet Corporation was known for its innovative investment in automation technology.

When DayJet Corporation ceased operation, a group of investors stepped in, retained the technologies inventors and the rights to the technology with the goal of creating a  company that could solve difficult optimization problems in a wide range of industries.
